Payment and Pricing Policy

Currency Acceptance:
We only accept payments in Nigerian Naira (NGN). For our international clients, please consult the Central Bank of Nigeria's (CBN) official exchange rate for conversion rates to the currency of your home country.

Service Agreement

Booking Appointments:
Appointments can be booked online through our website, by phone, or by email. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

Cancellation Policy:
We require a 24-hour notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy:
Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notification will be subject to a no-show fee, charged at the full rate of the scheduled service.

User Conduct

Use of Services:
All services provided by Kallos are intended for personal use only. Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and to not engage in any activity that could harm the service environment or any person in it.

Privacy of Treatment:
Discussions and treatments between clients and therapists at Kallos are confidential and are conducted in a professional environment. Information about client treatments will not be disclosed without the consent of the client, except as required by law.

Intellectual Property

Content Ownership:
All content on the Kallos website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Kallos and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content without prior written consent from Kallos is strictly prohibited.

Liability Limitation
